FAQ
Why Isn’t This FREE? Proceeds from Camp Tracy Adventure Weekends will be used to cover event costs and HOPEFULLY be a little fundraiser to offset costs for our free Venture Out! Friday summer shows in 2022. Utah Venture Outdoors is a non-profit organization 501(c)3.
When Can I Register & Pay For My Adventure? Registration goes LIVE on July 15. Campsites and day access passes are limited and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Do You Provide Gear? Space and a picnic table with benches will be provided. You will need to provide a tent and sleeping gear for your group. Reminder no cooking is permitted at your site. This includes using fire, propane, or charcoal. Our Camp Activity Pass Activities that involve ‘gear’ will be included in your pass. In your confirmation leading up to the event we will send you a list of items to bring so you don’t forget your hiking boots or headlamps. Don’t have a tent or want to Camp? The Day pass is for you, no gear needed for Day pass guests.
Do I need to pay the $5 Millcreek Canyon User Pass? No. Upon check-in, a vehicle voucher will be provided to you to cover the National Forest user fee. Present your voucher to the toll-booth attendant upon exiting the canyon.
Is There Cell or Internet Service? Camp Tracy is in an area where there is VERY little or NO network connection - we aren’t kidding when we say Unplug. Cash is required to purchase drinks, snacks, and other items at the camp's trading post.
Will There Be Food? Guests staying overnight have the option to purchase dinner and breakfast. There will also be drinks, snacks, and treats for purchase at the camp's trading post. Guest can bring food for their group, but there is no cooking permitted at the camp facility. Guests coming up for day access are encouraged to bring their own snacks or picnic to the camp.
What Is The Refund Policy? Camp Tracy Weekend Adventures are considered events. There are no refunds, but your event registration can be transferred to another party. This is a rain or shine event.
